Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication, also known as MFA, adds additional security to your Microsoft 365 account.

Setup Steps

1. Login to https://portal.office.com.
2. Follow the MFA setup prompts.
3. Install Microsoft Authenticator.
4. Scan the QR code.
5. Approve the verification request.
